byroot is an independent AI infrastructure architecture firm, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We exist because in sovereign and regulated environments, AI infrastructure decisions are often made under time pressure, vendor influence, or incomplete accountability — and once deployed, these decisions are expensive and difficult to reverse.

Our role is to step in before procurement begins and define how AI platforms should be built, governed, and sustained over the long term.

What We Do

• Define reference architectures for sovereign and regulated AI deployments
• Issue independent architecture and sovereignty sign‑off
• Identify vendor lock‑in, cost traps, and irreversible design risks
• Design for ownership, upgrade paths, and long‑term defensibility
